Position Supervisor & Commissioning Engineer

Job Descriptions:
* Hardware supervision and software commissioning.
* Equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
* Site survey and make drawing.
* Hardware team control, including take charge in Microwave Hardware Supervision.
* Installation, Commissioning and Integration of BTS.
* Troubleshooting and other related scope of works.
* Prepare and update Site Specific Documentation / Site Folder.

Qualifications:
* Male, age between 21 – 30 years old.
* Minimum D3 Degree, majoring in Telecommunication / Electronics Engineering.
* At least 1 year experience in Telecommunication Company
* Have experience in Microwave Engineering will be an advantage.
* Strong Technical Knowledge in BTS & Microwave Elements, Equipment and Network.
* Fluent in English both spoken & written is a MUST.
* Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc).
* Strong leadership & management skill, able to coordinate & supervise the team.
* High responsibility, trustworthy, can work independently with a minimum supervision.
* Possessed time management and ability to work in tight schedule.
* Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks & meets datelines.
* Strong Commitment, pro-active, self motivated, dynamic, fast learner, result oriented, and mature.
* Good communication, both either internal & external.
* Willing to work mostly outdoor with flexible working hours & be able to work traveling all-over Indonesia for long time.

Qualification
* Male or Female, maximum 30 years old
* Holder of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Technology of Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering or Civil or equivalent from Reputable Universities with minimum grade 2.75 of 4 scale
* Minimum 2 years experienced in Telecommunication Industry (Cellular/Transmition & BTS Project), specially in Ericsson and / or Nokia products
* Dynamic, excellent communication, creative, and interpersonal skills
* High level of personal motivation
* Fluency in English
* Willing for out of town assignment
* Job Location : Jakarta, Padang, Surabaya, & Kalimantan (Indonesia)

Job Description:
* Coordinating all the job related with preparing, developing, and implementing the project and Roll out of all the project as per the agreed business plan.
* Dealing with engineer and installer in implementing the project.
* Developing procedures and processes to ensure fault installation and repair times are minimized so that network performance targets are met.
* Ensuring that the daily activities at Project Department consider with Health & Safety Requirements.
* Finishing the project documentation in addition to give the report to Finance & Accounting Department in the time frame.
