* Acting as technical support of production & sales
* Responsible for all aspects of technical matters (product specification, product testing, product evaluation and documentation of test result)
* Have to prepare present & implement solution for product enhancement
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written
* Good knowledge of Auto Cad system ( preferably Pro-Engineer)

Scope of work:
The incumbent will be responsible to realize the batching of concrete and to arrange the support facility so as ensure that the customer’s design specifications and timings are met.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Diploma and Bachelor from Civil Engineer
2. Experiences: Min. 2 years experiences in Concrete (or like) industry and or in Concrete technician
3. Computer Literate: MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP (preferably)
4. Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications:
o Good knowledge of Concrete Technology
o Good in operating a Batch Plant and support product facilities skill
o Good understanding in Concrete business
o Good interpersonal and communication skill
o Good in analytical & problem solving skills
o Excellent in Negotiation skill
o Customer Service Excellence
