Position APPLICATION GROUP SPECIALIST
Job Description
* Build up and maintain factory specific expertise on materials, processing, products and packaging
* Work on new packaging or product developments and drive process operational excellence on a cross-functional level
* Work on continues improvement in production area related with product and packaging together with other function / CI Engineer
* Quality, Safety, Health & Environment awareness
* Perform trials for new product or new alternative packaging materials
* Support implementation of new product and packaging concepts
* Update and revise raw / packaging specifications with approval from HO and manages the factory packaging specification system
* Technical support for processing and filling & packing operations
* Technical product/packaging contact for factory QA
Qualification
* A Degree Holder (S1) in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Chemistry or related subject
* 2 – 3 years experienced in operation / packaging / MSD / Food Technology / Product Technology
* Good Leadership and management skills
* Innovative and self-motivated
* Team oriented with excellent communication skills

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 2,75
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in electric maintenance area
• Familiar with PLC, SQL, Visual Basic, and Wiring Diagram
• Having good leadership, communication skill and analytical thinking
• Able to work independently as well as in team
• Fluent in English
• Highly motivated, innovative and good interpersonal skill
2. Production Supervisor – Surabaya Based
• Male, max age 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with min. GPA 2,75
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in production area
• Familiar with PLC
• Having good leadership, communication skill and analytical thinking
• Able to work independently as well as in team
• Highly motivated, innovative and good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English
3. Technical Support (TS) – Makasar
• Male
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Bachelor degree Husbandry major Feed & Nutrition
• Familiar with Ms Office
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Experience 2 year in field of Poultry Nutrition & Technical Support
• Able to work independently as well as in team
• Has good basic knowledge for poultry nutrition, feed and its feed management
• Willing to be placed at Makassar
