OSS Specialist Intermediary (In Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, Semarang, or Samarinda)

Job Summary:
* Developing all distribution channel in selling Employee Benefit product

Job Requirements:
* Have a minimum D3 degree from a reputable university
* Have a good communication skill
* English fluent written/oral
* Have a Sales skill
* Problem solver
* Team working
* Can work under pressure

Other requirements:
* Familiar with Allianz Agency Sales Office & broker insurance company
* Have a training/Presentation skill
* Have a negotiation and relation management skill
* Willing to be placed in Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, Semarang or Samarinda

Qualification :
* Min. S-1 degree or proven D-3 in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer from recognized University with at least 1 year of working experience (preferred) in Sales Engineer Application.
* Male / Female with max age 35 year with good health condition
* Fresh Graduated is also considered with GPA > 2,75
* Able to use correct English in formal conversation and in writing work document reports would be an advantage.
* Good computer skills, knowledge of MsOffice and PowerPoint would be additional advantage.
* Willing to be stationed in remote area if required, have a driving license (SIM A) and can drive well is compulsory.
* Good leadership quality, self-initiative, hard-working and able to communicate well at all levels.
* Only interested candidates with annual income Rp 32,500,000,- plus fringe commission benefit.
