One of the leading retail fashion company which represents several international branded products for Indonesia market is in need of passionate, driven, and a team-player to join our dynamic team as:Position Finance – Audit – Administrator for Surabaya Branch

Reporting to Branch Manager, the candidate will be in-charge in day to day support activities
to strengthen the performance of the branch

The Profile
He/she will cover these following scopes of responsibility:

Finance Officer
• All aspects of bookkeeping including sales and purchase ledger input, reconciliations, journals and nominal ledger administration
• Compilation of budgets, cash flow forecast and financial management reports on monthly and ad hoc basis
• Liaising with auditors and company executives and answering queries on financial based matters

Internal Auditor
• Examines and analyzes accounting records to determine financial status of establishment and prepares financial reports concerning operating
• Reviews data regarding material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures
• Inspects items in books of original entry to determine if accepted accounting procedure was followed in recording transactions
• Counts cash on hand, inspects notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks
• Verifies journal and ledger entries of cash and check payments, purchases, expenses, and trial balances by examining and authenticating inventory items
• Prepares reports for management concerning scope of audit, financial conditions found, and source and application of funds

Branch Administrator
• Performs administrative and office support activities for day to day branch activities
• Managing the filing, storage and security of documents
• Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, faxing, travel arrangement and office management.
• Recap and checking of time attendance before submitted to the Head office
• Doing phone surveys/inquiries as needed

To be qualified, you should:
• At least having one year’s hands on all round working in a retail company
• Holding bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting (for Finance & Auditor position)
• Holding bachelor degree for any major, for Administrator position
• Firm and having strong personality
• Communicative and fluent in English
• Excellence computer skill
