Qualification
* The incumbents must hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00.
* Preferably Fresh Graduates, but people with maximum 2 years working experience in Finance and Accounting may apply.
* Have good analytical thinking, customer service orientation, teamwork & cooperation skills, and business minded

Position Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Job Desc
* Self motivated worker, able to meet monthly sales targets.
* Accountable for achieving sales targets for Raptor POS and BrillantEZ HMS.
* Develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues for the company.
* Respond to customer requests for proposals that include all areas of products & services.
* Interface with System Engineers in developing specific account strategies.
* Understand the inner workings of the products and present this knowledge to Customers.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
* Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
* Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
* Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

Qualifications
o Previous experience in a sales position in the Point of Sales or Hotel Management industry is an advantage.
o Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree (S1) may apply
o Experience selling business applications software to hospitality or like industry.
o Demonstrated record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
o Skilled at identifying decision-makers and building strong executive relationships.
o Operational experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.

* Strong consultative selling, listening, and writing skills. Ability to understand client needs and demonstrate the impact & value/ROI of products and services. Comprehensive knowledge of how products and services can positively impact organization’s operations

o Ability to provide dynamic product demonstrations.
o Ability to learn technical aspects of the products.
o Ability to converse in English is a must.

o Jakarta or Surabaya (Indonesia) or Bali (Indonesia)
